Who designs Shatsu’s products?

All products are designed by artists and designers from around the world.

You can vote for the designs we will print next here.

You can also send your own design here, and if it wins, you can start earning money with it.

The most voted designs will be printed so be sure to vote for the ones you would like to have!

How much does artists make?

When your design wins, we will sell it and for each item sold, we will pay you the price you chose – 15€ of base fee that covers: stock, printing, shipping, transactions, security, customer service and marketing.

So if you choose a price of 20€ – 15€ (base cost) = 5€ per unit sold.

So, if you sell 50 T shirts each week, you will receive 1,000€ at the end of each month. That’s 12,000€ a year!

When and how are the artists paid?

We pay artists and designers around 5 days after the end of each month. All payments are made through PayPal.

Where are your T shirts made?

All of our T shirts are manufactured in USA and Europe.

Tees and other items made overseas are manufactured in updated facilities adhering to the International Labour Organization’s Conventions (ILO) and Recommendations, which promotes rights at work, encourages decent employment opportunities and enhances social protections. Our manufacturing partners make every effort to ensure compliance with rigorous social and environmental standards.

How often do you come out with new designs?

Everyday!

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, it’s likely they were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Shatsu to your safe list.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, don’t place your order again until you’re sure the order didn’t go through or you may end up with a duplicate order. First, check the Order Status page to see if your order exists.

How do I check my order status?

If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status in your Shatsu account. You can find all orders you placed while logged in under the “Orders” tab in your account.

If you don’t have a Shatsu user account, you can go to the Order Status page and enter your order number (not shipment number) and email address.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Yup, you can!

Once you’ve selected all the items you’d like to purchase, you can checkout through the regular checkout process. When you get to the ‘Payment Info’ section of checkout, select PayPal as your payment method. You will be taken to PayPal’s site to set up your payment. Once you complete payment, just sit back and wait for your order email confirmation.

If you have an Paypal existing account, go ahead and use it, or create a new one while you’re checking out.

How do I use a coupon?

Got a coupon code to use? Lucky you!

To use your coupon, you’ll first need the code. The code will be a combination of letters and numbers. You can apply your coupon or gift certificate code in your shopping cart before you begin the checkout process. At the top right of the shopping cart, there’s a link that says “Use coupon”. Click this link, then enter your code and click “Apply” to deduct the amount from your order total. Click the ‘X’ button next to the code in your shopping cart if you decide not to use the code and save it for later.

Is my credit card info secure?

We don’t store any credit card information at checkout so your info is secure. When you complete your order on our site, you’ll notice the lock icon in the address bar, and you’ll also notice the http:// become https://. The ‘s’ and the lock means you’re on a secure server.

How Secure Is Your Site/Payments Processing?

Shatsu is committed to providing you with a 100% secure online shopping experience.

Our credit/debit card payments are handled by Stripe who process the payments.

Shatsu does not have access to your card details at any point: all card details are captured by Stripe and encrypted at the point of authorization.

All information when in transmitted via the internet is encrypted to the highest standards (256bit SSL) to ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.

We also offer PayPal as another secure payment method.

PayPal helps keep your data as secure as possible with automatic encryption for all of your sensitive information and email communications.

When you register or log in to PayPal, they confirm that your browser is running Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher, which gives you the maximum possible protection.

All of your information is protected by SSL, with an encryption key length of 168 bits-the highest level commercially available.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes!

We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you unfortunately won’t be able to place an order. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

How Long will it take to Receive my Order?

We will dispatch your t-shirt within 4-5 working days of the purchase date.

Why does it take this long? Because quality takes time. You will receive an email when you place your order and another when your shirt has dispatched to let you know it is on the way, so you’ll know exactly what is going on.

You can always click on the long link in your original order confirmation email to see what your order’s status is.

We do not offer a tracking service but if you place an order using our Guaranteed Delivery option it is insured against loss in the post.

Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your confirmation you should receive it in the following times:

USA, Canada, Europe: 2-10 working days after dispatch

South America: 5-20 Working days after dispatch

Rest of the World: 5-30 Working days after dispatch

Please wait the above times before contacting us in relation to your shirt as we will not be able to look into it/contact the relevant postal service before these times.

My Order Has Not Arrived. What Should I Do?

Once your order has been dispatched you should receive it in the following times:

USA, Canada, Europe: 2-10 working days after dispatch

South America: 5-20 Working days after dispatch

Rest of the World: 5-30 Working days after dispatch

That said, postal services can vary hugely in their delivery times. Please wait the above times before contacting us in relation to your shirt as we will not be able to look into it/contact the relevant postal service before these times.

How do I Return a T shirt to you?

If you need to return a shirt to us it is very straightforward to do so.

You just need to print out and fill in this form.

If for any reason you are not happy with your shirt you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase (so long as it is unworn and unwashed) for an exchange, or Shatsu store credit, just tick the relevant box.

Send your shirt in a large envelope keeping it under 2 cm thick if you can, it will be cheaper for you.

As soon as we receive your shirt we will process it for an exchange etc. We will send an automatic email once your replacement shirt dispatches.
